Where are we staying in Salchi?
We’ll be staying at the beautiful boutique hotel, Manta Raya, located just steps from the ocean. The entire hotel is reserved for our group and your accommodations are included in your registration.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund only if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the retreat. If you cancel between 46-59 days before the start of the summit, you may receive a 50% refund of the retreat costs. Any cancellations made within 45 days of the start of the summit are non-refundable unless special arrangements are made with the retreat hosts, which is at the full discretion of the hosts.

Can my allergies/diet be accommodated?
Although we will try our absolute best to honor food allergies and dietary restrictions we are unable to guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. If you have severe dietary restrictions and/or allergies, please reach out to Kristin at letsmeetatrecess.com as soon as possible to discuss options for a positive and safe food experience for your trip.

What's not included?
Airfare to and from Salchi is not included. You will need to fly into Huatulco Airport, which often has direct flights from DFW, Chicago and Mexico City.

Do I need a passport?
A valid passport or travel document is required. The passport must be valid for the entire duration of your trip. Most airlines enforce a six-month validity rule currently, even though Mexico only requires it to be valid during your stay, so it’s recommended to check the dates now on your passport!

Which airport should I fly into?
You will need to fly in and out of Huatulco Airport if you want to utilize our arranged transportation to take you into Salchi, unless you make other arrangements for yourself. Direct flights are available out of DFW, Chicago, or Mexico City.

Is there a hospital nearby?
We will be in a very remote, rural area so we will be at least 45 minutes from a hospital. It is recommended that you bring any medications you need and if you have any anaphylactic allergy reactions, this may not be the trip for you.

What is the weather like?
It is the dry season in April, so it will likely be moderate humidity with lows in the mid 70’s and highs in the mid 80’s.
